Despite the business limitations and restrictions caused by the COVID-19 global pandemic, OptaSense has been able to continue meeting the needs of its customers, while following all local and national health and safety requirements. A major pipeline customer in Brazil recently was able to receive a shipment of vital equipment required for installation on a critical pipeline in that country. While the UK is under lockdown and the majority of the country working remotely, the OptaSense team in Farnborough was able to coordinate efforts from multiple locations to ensure the customer received the necessary equipment on time so the project could stay on track.
